SKI-CROSSING THE THIEN SHAN

Paolo Rabbia, Italian mountaineer from Cuneo, become popular when he crossed the whole Alps chain on solo, during his Transalp in winter 2009. On February 2011 he lives the next great challenge with his strong fellow Giacomo “Jack” Para: They are headed to Kirghizistan, where they plane to become the 1^st unsupported skiers to cross the mysterious Thien Shan chain.

5/25/2010 - ON THE TOP OF MANASLU , 8163 m !!! The French expedition of Stephane Portier and Elsie Lemordant reached the summit of mount Manaslu. We warmly congratulate with Stephane and Elsie.
